The question is so general that it is difficult to answer.

So let’s have some fun with some answers.

The most obvious is an amplifier that drives a speaker. The magnet in the speaker moves the speaker cone backwards and forwards at a frequency which we can hear.

Another form of mechanical energy is that of two objects colliding. For example, a hammer hitting an anvil. Or a car hitting a tree. Or a drum stick hitting a drum.

What about a train? Some of its energy is lost to sound, especially that of its motor and the wheels on the rails and rail joints.

Might I add that sound energy needs a medium to travel through, so every example of energy loss in a vacuum will generate no sound energy.

The question is open ended, so come on Quorians, how many can you add to the list?
