SER(Smooth Endoplasmic Reticulum) is responsible for making lipids which is important for making of cell membrane, RER(Rough Endoplasmic Reticulum) is responsible for making of Proteins as they have ribosomes on them. Energy is stored in Form of ATP in Mitochondria.
