1. Normal view- The normal view is the default view that is used to create and edit slide.

2. Outline view- the outline view shows the slide pan and textual content of all the slide in a presentation.

3. Notes view- This view is used to add notes to a slide. these notes are visual to the audience during the slide show.

4. Hangout view- In the hangouts view we can adjust the number of slide to be printed on each page.

5. the slide shorter view display miniature form of all slide in a presentation.
