their many digestive glands which helps in digestion.
digestive gland present in mouth- salivary gland, their are 3 salivary glands it excret saliva and its enzyme is salivary amylase which is use to digest ( breakdown of ) starch into maltose.
In stomach- gastric gland excret gadtric juice its enzyme is pespsin and lepase, pespsin helps in breakdown proteins into peptons and lepase helps in breakdown of lipids into glycerides.
Duodenum ( first part of large intestine) bile juice is from liver for breakdown of fats into smaller pieces ( emulsification) it don't digest it and from pancreas pancreatic juice is secreted it has 3 enzymes amalyse to digest starch into maltose, trypsin- protein into peptons and peptides and lypase- fats inyo fatty acid and glycerol and in small intestine intestinal gland is persent which excret intestinal juice- its enzyme is erepsin for peptons and peptides its end product is amino acid and succus entericus helps in digestion of touglycerides and its end product is monoylucerides and fatty acid.
