1. There is no proper distribution of power. question such on what basis the work is assigned, who is eligible, qualification required  are not answered.

2. Insufficient funds- this problem hinders the actual purpose of self government due to limited financial powers

1. No proper distribution of power and work among members and no qualification required to become a member (eg-education, criminal background etc.)

2. Insufficient funds given by the state government to the LSG due to which they function improperly.

3. Large landowners and landlords tend to use money and muscle power to win and rule corruptly.
