The following listed below are some disorders which can be caused because of hyposecretion of the hormone named thyroxine :

i) Goitre

In this disease, the thyroid gland gets enlarged. This happens due to the iodine deficiency in our body.

ii) Cretinism

In this disorder, the child suffering from it becomes abnormal and also remains stunted. Also their immune system can't properly fight against diseases.
