Name the element whose atom does not have a tendency to achieve an octet.

I think the element should be Hydrogen because it has 1 electron in its outer shell. So, it will gain/loss/share only 1 electron. Thus it will complete it's duet, not octet.

Sulfur, phosphorus, silicon, andchlorine are common examples which does not have a tendency to achieve an octet
