Silicon can be doped with Boron to give p-type semiconductor.
A P typesemiconductoris formed when a small amount of trivalent impurity is added to pure Germanium or silicon atom crystal !!! so if u can dope any trivalent element like boron, aluminium or indium with silicon to give p-type semiconductor !!! hope iT weILL help !!! chEErs :):)
