Any proteolytic enzyme capable of breaking the peptide bonds between the two amino acid in a protein can form peptides. These proteolyticenzymes are alled as proteases. pepsin, trypsin, chymotrypsin, papain,bromelain, and subtilisin- THISENZYMES CAN CONVERT PROTIENSINTO PEPTIDES.
