Various aspects of the issue -  "Unemployment or Unemployablility" have been addressed by Government and Competent Authorities for reforming Educational System where we can take some initiatives.  

Corporate and Industries have joined hands with respective Training Providers and Colleges to customize Training requirements and work on process of implementation.  

Skills Training has to begin from School Education onwards as part of curriculum.  

Funding for Trainings can be made by Government, Corporate under CSR, Trusts, NGOs and Philanthropists by collaborating with them.
