Shape of cells depend on their function. For ex- nerve cells are long and branched. Red blood cells are round and spherical in shape. Muscle cells are wider from centre and thinner from front and back. It doesn’t mean that elephant has different type of blood cells in their body. In every living organisms the shape of every cells remain same.
