The fields or the mode through which a public can express the work of the government is through Press.  People who study political science will get the public opinion through various forms like “using a questionnaire or interviewing the public”.  They then will express the same in the form of “report or thesis”, which will then be forwarded to the respective department in the Government or will reach the Press.  The people in the press will publish the report in the form of an article.  Some will approach the court of law.  For example, “Right to information”, can be obtained only through court of law.
