Deep breathing
• lie at a plane surface it should not be soft bed and place a pillow below your knees and head.
•Breath in through nose only so that your belly fill with air
• now exhale the air through your nose.
• place one hand on your belly.
• As you breath in feel your tummy rising.
• Take 3 more full deep breaths.
And now u would be feeling relaxed.
