Dengue is caused by a virus of the Flaviviridae family, Flavivirus genus which includes viruses such as yellow fever, West Nile and tick-borne encephalitis. There are four distinct dengue viruses without cross immunity. People can have up to four dengue infections in their lifetime

2)Viruses are not made out of cells, they can't keep themselves in a stable state, they don't grow, and they can't make their own energy. Even though they definitely replicate and adapt to their environment, viruses are more like androids than real living organisms.

3)Common salt has been used to preserve meat and fish for ages. Meat and fish are covered with dry salt to check the growth of bacteria. Salting is also used to preserve amla, raw mangoes, tamarind, etc.
