a) Transpiration pull

Transpiration pull is the force by which water is pulled inside the xylem tissue. Due to this suction force loss of water in the form of vapour occurs.

b) Blood pressure

Blood pressure is the force exerted by the blood on the walls of arteries to circulate the blood throughout the body.

c) Root pressure

Root pressure that occurs in the root help plant in upward movement of plant through xylem. The upward movement of water in plant is called ascent of sap.

d) Hermaphroditic plants

Hermaphroditic plants have both male and female part inside the flower and are also called as complete or bisexual plant.
