Answer:

(a) epithelial tissue

(b)Tendons

(c)Phloem

(d)adipose tissue

(e)Blood

(f)Nervous tissues

Explanation:

(a)The inner lining of the human mouth is made of epithelial tissue i.e. Squamous epithelium. This tissue works as a protective barrier for the underneath tissues and muscles and also gives sensation to the mouth.

(b) A tendon is a fibrous connective tissue which attaches muscle to bone. Tendons may also attach muscles to structures such as the eyeball. A tendon serves to move the bone or structure.

(c)Phloem transports food from leaves to other parts of the plant. Except phloem fibers, other phloem cells are living cells

(d)Adipose tissue is commonly known as body fat. It is found all over the body. It can be found under the skin (subcutaneous fat), packed around internal organs (visceral fat), between muscles, within bone marrow and in breast tissue.

(e) Blood is a connective tissue that has a fluid matrix, called plasma, and no fibers. Erythrocytes (red blood cells), the predominant cell type, are involved in the transport of oxygen and carbon dioxide.

(f)Nervous tissues are present in the brain. Nervous tissues are very important for the response. Nervous tissues are two types they are Afferent nervous system and efferent nervous system. Our brain is the functional organ of our body.
