The names of the following are as follows:

(i) Copper (II) Sulfate Pentahydrate (CuSO4.5H2O).

(ii) Anhydrous Magnesium (II) Sulphate.

(iii) Honey

- Efflorescence is the spontaneous removal of water of crystallization of a hydrated salt to form an anhydrous salt.

- Copper (II) Sulfate Pentahydrate is a crystalline solid that is blue in colour and when exposed to air, it loses its water of crystallization from its surface to form a white layer of anhydrous copper (II) sulfate.

- Anhydrous Magnesium Sulphate is a white crystalline solid that does not contain any water of crystallization and hence it is anhydrous.

- Hygroscopic substance attracts water to its surface from the surrounding environment and Honey is one such liquid.
