1. Myopia - Causes - a. elongation of eyeball   b. excessive curvature of eyelens.

2. Hypermetropia - Causes - a. Shortening of eyeball  b. when the focal length of cornea increases.

3. Presbyopia - Causes - a. Due to oldage

4. Cataract - Causes - a. when eyelens becomes hazy


The person is suffering from myopia. Concave lens will be used.
