name the gas evolved when dilute hcl reacts with sodium hydrogen carbonate. how is it recognised​

Hi Dear

When baking soda NaHCO3 reacts with HCl the gas evolved is CO2 which gives brisk effervescence.

the answer will be hydrogen gas because sodiun hydrogen carbonate is base and HCl is acid and when it reacts together hydrogen gas is evolved
