name the gas liberated when Aluminium is dipped in hydrochloric acid

saurabhluniwal: When Aluminum metal reacts with dilute Hydrochloric acid we get Aluminum chloride and Hydrogen gas. THE BALANCED CHEMICAL EQUATION: 2Al (s) + 6HCl (aq)------->2 AlCl3(aq) +3 H2(g). When aluminium isdipped in hydrochloric acid, a reaction takes place between the two products.

We know that when a metal react with acid it give is salt and envelop hydrogen gas. So
Al + hcl = alcl3 + h2
Means it liberate hydrogen gad

When aluminum metal reacts with Hydrochloric acid, it produces Aluminum chloride and liberates Hydrogen gas.
The chemical equation is:

2Al + 6HCl ----------> 2AlCl3 + 3H2(g)

Hope it helps!!
