Bile is secreted by liver and stored in gall bladder. Trypsin is a digestive enzymes secreted by Pancreas as Trypsinogen and in small intestine it is converted to trypsin and digest proteins in food.

Hey dear here is your answer

Bile is secreted by the liver. Bile helps in digestion and absorption of fat soluble vitamins. Bile is stored in the gall bladder.

Whereas, Trypsin is formed in the small intestine. It mainly helps in breakdown of proteins. Here I have written a point wise answer like I write in my notes, to understand it better. I am also adding a labelled diagram.

Trypsinogen - acts as proenzyme (secreted by pancreas)
