Livy was most famous Roman historian and wrote 142 volumes of history.
It also covered upto founding of Rome up to the reign of Augustus.
Some of the other important historians are Sallust, Tacitus, Pliny the Elder, as well as Quintus Fabius.
They are also quite famous for their amazing speech.
