Aegle mormelos also known as bael or wood apple has great medicinal, spiritual and religious significance. Its fruits and seeds are considered sacred and are offered to Lord Shiva. It also keeps the blood sugar levels under control. 

Ocimum sanctum also known as tulsi or holy basil is a shrub which is worshipped by hindus and has lot of medicinal properties also. It is used to reduce cold and cough, bronchitis and has antiinflammatory properties. 

Ficus religiosa also known as sacred fig is worshipped by hindus and buddhists. Its bark, leaves, fruits and seeds are used for medicinal purposes. The bark and leaves are used for controlling diarrhoea and dysentry. Th powdered fruit is used in asthma and the latex is used for relieving warts.

Undifferentiated body parts of a plant mean that the body of a particular plant cannot be distinguished easily signifying that parts like the roots, stem and the leaves cannot be distinguished separately rather appear as one.

 The examples of such plants are algae, bryophytes and pteridophytes.
