Hy,
The hormones released from these endocrine glands and their functions are-
Thyroid gland - releases Thyroxine, T4 and calcitonin. The hormones control BMR, i.e. Basal metabolic rate of the body, control fat absorption, converts complex Carbohydrates to simple Carbohydrates, controls glycolysis, gluconeogenesis, controls calcium absorption.

Pancreas- It secretes 2 hormones- Insulin and glucagon. They both regulate blood sugar level. Insulin decreases blood sugar level and glucagon increases blood sugar level.

Parathyroid gland- secrete parathormone and increases serum calcium level.

Gonads- in males, testis secretes testosterone and in females, ovaries secretes estrogen and progesterone. Both in males and females these hormones are responsible for developing sexual characteristics and secondary sexual characteristics.

Adrenal gland - secrets glucocorticoids, mineralocorticoids and sexual hormones. Adrenaline from adrenal gland is a 3F hormone, i.e., fight, flight and fear. It is secreted when any of these conditions arise.
