Answer:

urine formation is controlled by harmones and sympathetic nervous system.

aldesterone, angiotensin ii, antidiuretic harmone(ADH),atrial natriuretic peptide and parathyroid harmone control the hole mechanism of urine filtration,reabsorption and secretion.

aldesterone

  • site of action - collecting tubules and ducts
  • effects - increase Nacl,H2O reabsorption, increase K+ secretion.

angiotensin ii

  • site of action - proximal tubule,thick ascending loop of henle,distal tubule and collecting ducts.
  • effects - increase Nacl,H2O reabsorption ,increase H+ secretion.

antidiuretic harmone (ADH)

  • site of action - distal tubule, collecting tubule, and collecting ducts.
  • effects - increase H2O reabsorption.

atrial natriuretic peptide

  • site of action - distal tubule , collecting tubules , and collecting ducts.
  • effects - decrease Nacl reabsorption.

parathyroid harmone

  • site of action - proximal tubules,thick ascending loop of henle and distal tubule.
  • effects - decrease PO4- reabsorption, increase Ca++ reabsorption.
