Anterior pituitary -

1. Adrenocorticotropic hormone - stimulates adrenal gland for secretion of corticosteroids
2. Prolactin - stimulates milk secretion after delivery of baby
3. Leutinizing hormone - stimulates testes/ovary
4. Follicle stimulating hormone - stimulates testes/ovary
5. Growth hormone - stimulates growth of tbe body
6. Thyroid stimulating hormone - stimulates thyroid to release thyroxine

Posterior pituitary (from hypothalamus) -

1. Vasopressin - retention of water in hypovolemia
2. Oxytocin - contracts uterus & stimulates milk production
