here is your answer

Parathormone which is secreted by Parathyroid gland regulates calcium level in the blood and ECF. Thyrocalcitonin hormone is secreted by Para follicular cells present in thyroid gland. Thyrocalcitonin hormone works antagonistically to the parathormone. thyrocalcitonin hormone increases the excreation of calcium from body while parathormone increases calcium level in blood and ECF.
