The islands of India are Andaman and nicobar islands as well as Lakshadweep islands. Andaman and nicobar islands is situated at the bay of Bengal is a very scattered way and its area is of about 150km as its the “union territory of India" and its separated from Thailand and Burma by Andaman sea.

Whereas the Lakhadweep island is situated in the Arabian sea it is known as the coral island of India as its having many coral reefs and its barely habited leaving the tribe over there and its approximately 200km area.
