to increase the solubility of CO2 in soft drinks and soda water the bottle is sealed under high pressure .
but on increasing the pressure the temperature will also increase as per the relation : PV = nRT
then solubility should decrease ??
is it due to the reason that CO2 is non ideal gas ?? but if so then tell me that do non- ideal gas show this much deviation that they are just opposite of ideal gas (but according to vant hoff eqn. they show little deviation but not in this much amount that they would become just opp of ideal gases
