Dr. B. R. Ambedkar was the chairman of the constituent assembly. On 6th July, 1946 the constituent was found and the work started from on 24th January 1950. The Constitution is our gurdian. Supreme controls the Constitution of India. Indian Constitution is a written Constitution. When it started it's became India's first parliament.
