Landforms are featured on the surface of the earth and form a part of its terrain.

There are four major types of landforms which are mountains, plains, hills, and plateaus.

Along with these significant landforms, there are minor landforms like buttes, canyons, basins, and valleys.

All landforms are created either by tectonic movement of plates which can create mountains and hills or erosion caused by water and wind.

It takes millions of years for both of these processes to work.
