In plants cell wall is made up of cellulose and hemicellulose.Middle lamallae is made up of pectin. It is first laid down component of cell wall. Inner to the middle lamellae there is primary cell wall made up of cellulose and hemicellulose. Inner to the primary cell wall there is secondary cell wall made up of cellulose and hemicellulose.
