Hi dear..
Here is your answer..
Chrysanthemum reproduces by the method of vegetative propogation.
Young segments of flower pedicels of the Chrysanthemum morifolium cultivars ‘Super Yellow’ and ‘Bravo’ regenerated rapidly high numbers of adventitious shoots in vitro. The influence of the explant-length, growth regulators, sugar, vitamins and minerals on adventitious shoot formation was seen. Small shoots are separated and transferred to different media in vivo or in vitro for the initiation of adventitious roots and the consequent production of plantlets. The significance of this method are vegetative propagation, storage and mutation breeding.
Hope you are doing well
