Pseudomonas in this current generation, is perhaps the most used and currently a very efficient bacterial-inducted-performed genus for the degradation of toxic  components. The sheer ability of these bacteria to degrade types of toxic components, is commendable, and is related to the time of contact initiated to the components with toxicity.

These mushroom or "fungal species" are included as well; Aspergillus (genus of fungi) fumigatus (species of this genus), Aspergillus (genus of this fungi) niger (species inclusion in genus), Aspergillus (genus of fungi) terreus (species in it, fungal grouping), Absidia and; Rhizopus microsporus (also known by their specified subset or "var" or a serovar of Corymberifera microsporis), ability to degrade the most important functions of a known herbicide (pesticidal group) containing "metribuzin" in a set of "liquid collected or, basically, approached media".

To be simple; fungal components, protozoans, worm species, bacteria are the ones to destroy those pesticides and also, chemical pesticides.
