• The Union Ministry of Environment and Forests and Climate Change namely MoEFCC has started“Wood is Good” Campaign under Partnership for Land Use forest (and also science).
• It was launched on offshoots of a two-day conference on “Viable landscapes and forest ecological unit: Theory to Practice” in New Delhi.
