The great Himalayas also described as Higher Himalayas or Great Himalaya Range is the northernmost range of Himalayas. The Great Himalayas comprise several of the world's biggest peaks such as Mount Everest,  Annapurna,  Nanga Parbat, and Kanchenjunga.

Greater Inner Himalayas or the Himadri is the northernmost range of Himalayas.

The Greater Himalayas is also the highest (20,000 feet or 6,100 metres) is the highest mountain range of Himalayas. It has the world’s tallest peaks, like Mount Everest, Nanga Parbat,  Kanchenjunga and Annapurna etc.

The southernmost range of Himalayas is known as Sidewalks while as middle one is known as Middle Himalayas or Lesser Himalayas.
