Proton's mass is equal to that of an Hydrogen atom i.e. 1 amu (atomic mass unit) or 1837 times of the mass of electron i.e. 1.672×10^-24 g. It's charge is +1.

Neutron has neither charge nor mass i.e. mass=0 and charge=0.
