1:the RDA(RECOMMEND dietary alllowance) suggests that diets school going children(5-10 yrs) must be balanced. enough amounts of proteins and vitamins and minerals must be there. lipids are recommended to be kept less. calcium must be abundant as bones grow at this age.
2:children of puberty: (boys-13-19;girls- 10-19) need more amounts of proteins and fats as bone,CELL,tissue,overall growth rate is maximum this time. a thing to be noted is that food must be delivered regularly on a routine time. untimingly food habit often leads to obesity.
