Actually there is proenzyme(inactive) called TRYPSINOGEN.
With the help of ENTEROKINASE trypsinogen get cinverted into TRYPSIN.
TRYPSIN helps to digest peptone/poteose(proteins) into DIPEPTIDES (amino acids}).
