The organelles in which the given structures are found are named below:

A. Cisternae

It is found in Golgi apparatus. Cisternae is a flattened and a curved structure which is differentiated into cis-cisternae, middle cisternae and trans-cisternae.

The cis form is the convex portion and the trans form is the concave portion.

B. Cristae

It is found in Mitochondria. The inner membrane of this organelle projects as finger like structures and this projections are called cristae. This structure has the role to increase the area or place for absorption.

C. Thylakoids

It is found in the Chloroplasts. Light dependent reactions occurs in this structures.

D. Nucleolus

It is found in the nucleus. The rRNA genes are transcribed in this part.

E. Tonoplast

It is found in the vacuole. It is a sermipeable kind of membrane which surrounds the vacuole.
