the organelles that contains tonoplast is called vacuoles .
the membrane of vacuole is called tonoplast . functions of vacuole are :-
=> they store rigidity and turgidity to plant cells
=> they store food and end products in plant cells
=> they help in osmoregulation (maintaining osmotic pressure) in the cell
