Fermentation is a chemical process that involve breaking down of  a organic molecule to organic compounds. Organic compound majorly constitute hydrogen and carbon .When sugar is fermented it produces  ethanol which is a costituent of alcohol  or beer and CO2. Beer is used as a drink which is both stimulant when taken in low amount and depresant when consumed in large amount.
