Answer:

a. Retina. It is made up of thin membrane tissue located near the optic nerve. It acts as screen for image formation. It receives the light from the focused lens and converts this light into neutral signal and send to the brain for the visualization of object. Image formed is real and inverted.

b. Pupil. It is found in the centre of the iris and control the amount of light entering into the eye. When it receives high light pupil shrinks and it expands when it receives low light to ensure that only that much amount light should be received which is required for vision.
