these are transported through haemoglobin in blood
when we breathe we take O2
this combine with Hb (haemoglobin) to from HbO2 .... when this reach at tissues there CO2 is more and O2 content is less
so it decompose tt Hb anf O2
now this Hb combines with CO2 and return back to lungs
now here in lungs CO2 content is less but O2 is more and movement occur from high to low.
so there it decompose to Hb and Co2
so this CO2 is released
and again it combine with O2 and undergo same process
