The substance in which it is seen is Milk, etc..
Tyndall effect is due to scattering of light by colloidal particles.The dust particles dispersed in light scatter the light and the path of light becomes visible.
In case of ur examples small water droplets present in air scatter light if will observe the scattering of smoke or dust particles produces a rich red sunset.
