Leucoplasts are colourless plastids present in the plant cell. The leucoplasts store starch and other storage products. Following are the examples of leucoplasts:
Amyloplasts store carbohydrates (starch).
Elaioplasts store oils and fats.
Aleuroplasts store proteins.
