 After fertilization, the ovule matures into a seed, and the carpel matures into a fruit. Carpels, and thus fruit, are unique to angiosperms.it is located in flower.

Stamen and pistil are the reproductive parts of an angiosperm plant .                 These are present in an angiospermic flower .                                                       There are following parts in female reproductive part :-                                        
  stigma 
  style
  pollen tube
  ovary 
  ovule.
