Hemoglobin is the respiratory pigment that is found in human beings. With the presence of high oxygen levels, it will be transported from alveoli to the tissue.

This comprises of dissolved oxygen which is very important for humans to survive and stay with good health. As this is mixed with the blood and is in red color, therefore the blood of humans is also in red color.
