Site for gaseous exchange is -

lungs(alveoli) in humans and leaves(stomata) in plants.

In humans, air inhaled through nose and lungs reach alveoli. Alveoli is present alongside capillaries of blood vessels. Exchange of gases between alveoli and capillaries occurs.

Carbon dioxide from body is moved out through capillaries and alveoli and oxygen is taken by both of them.

In plants, leaves contain stomata. It is guarded by guard cells, for opening and closing. Stomata are the site of gaseous exchange.
