The socialist international body is named Second International.

The International Socialist Commission (ISC), also referred to as the Berne International and was built in the year 1919 February at a conference meeting in Bern by the political parties that have wanted to regenerate the Second International. The membership was with 147 political parties.

1. The Second International pursued the work of the evanesced First International, though eliminating the potential anarcho-syndicalist movement.

2. While the international had primarily announced its rivals in all the conflicts between European powers, most of the vital European parties eventually selected to keep up their specific states in the First World War.
